Quale, Webster Split NASCAR Modified Double Features
The O’Reilly Auto Parts Twin 25’s took over Magic Valley Speedway on Saturday, July 15, with double features for the Bud Light NASCAR Modifieds, Zamp Pro-Late Models, Pepsi Mini Stocks, Hornets, and Quale’s Electronics Stingers.
Saturday’s two Bud Light NASCAR Modified features were anything but mirror images. In the division’s first feature Jason Quale kicked off his stretch run by winning the night’s first feature in his Quale’s Electronics racer. Quale would come home second in the night’s final feature behind Zach Webster’s Idaho Powder Coating and Sandblasting, Ramblin Roads Diner machine.
Johvan Dillon came up one spot short of sweeping the Zamp Pro-Late Model portion of the O’Reilly Auto Parts Twin 25’s. Dillon piloted his Dillon Toyota Life entry to quick-time and a first feature victory. But Emilee Newman would not be denied in the division’s final feature of the night, as the Marsing, Idaho driver parked her A/C to Z Mechanical, Airgas racer in the Winner’s Circle.
The Pepsi Mini Stocks spent all night chasing the number 11 car. In the first feature Tyler Palmer dashed to the checkers, and in the second Drew Palmer drove to victory.
Zach Rydalch made the most of his O’Reilly Auto Parts Twin 25’s with a pair of Hornet wins. Jody Moen and Justin Ford split runner up honors, while Peyton Hardenbrook took third in both features.
Paxton Guiles and Kaethyn Gilligan each collected a win and a second place finish in the Quale’s Electronics Stinger division.
